The Rinkster Women’s Draft Tournament returns to The Rinks – Irvine in May 2026 for our fourth year of competition. This three-day event will feature four exciting divisions — Girls 9U, Girls 13U, Women's (13+), and the all-new Beginner Women's. This year’s tournament will also serve as a fundraiser for the 2026 Team USA Women’s & Girls’ teams as they prepare to represent the United States at the World Championships in Paraguay.

Please plan to start games on Friday evening, and we the last games will end around 3:40pm on Sunday.
Divisions
- Girls 9u (2016 birth year or younger) - SOLD OUT - Use registration waitlist option to be added to the list
- Girls 13u (2012 birth year or younger) - Limited player spaces open.
- Women's - SOLD OUT - Use registration waitlist option to be added to the list
- Women's Beginner (For players with little/no tournament experience) - SOLD OUT - Use registration waitlist option to be added to the list
how it works
Players register as individuals for their division - including basic information on position, skill level and playing experience.
Captains are announced about 3 months before the tournament. We are excited to have a wide range of Captains representing many of the different Women's programs. Stay tuned for announcements on social media!
Around 1 month before the event, captains draft their teams and players are notified of final rosters
Players all receive their own team jerseys
The draft-style format helps ensure teams are as even as possible, with a mix of skill and playing experience on teams, making for a great experience and overall even, but competitive games.

Your registration fee of $140 guarantees four games, a custom tournament jersey, plus a 2026 Tournament t-shirt!
WRH Saturday Lunch
On Saturday of the tournament, we'll be cooking up a lunch for all participants at Irvine Inline. You'll receive your lunch ticket at check in.
Show off your skills with a Girls 13u and Girls 9u Skills Competition during the Draft Tournament. Prizes will be awarded to Fastest Skater, Shootout Winner & Top Goalie for each division. Presented by Hot Hot Hockey.
